This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalWorld ("DigitalWorld," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the DigitalWorld mobile application (the "App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

For online payments, the App opens your chosen UPI app (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) directly using a standard UPI payment link. DigitalWorld does not collect, store, or have access to your UPI PIN, bank account details, or any banking credentials - these are handled entirely within your chosen UPI app, which is provided by your bank or a licensed payment app, not by DigitalWorld. We store only the order amount and a reference to the order for confirming and tracking your purchase. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at withdigitalworld@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any data we are legally required to retain.
The App is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
